Return & Refund Policy

At Crafts By Chels DTF & Custom Apparel, many of our products are custom-made or produced specifically for each order. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has entered production.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, customer-provided errors, or other issues outside our control.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only when:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order was produced incorrectly due to an error made by Crafts By Chels.
  • Your item arrived damaged due to a production-related issue.

Any problem with an order must be reported within 3 business days of delivery or pickup. Photos of the item and packaging may be required before a refund or replacement can be reviewed.

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges, rush fees, and other expedited-service fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Crafts By Chels.

Custom Apparel

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting or approving an order, including:

  • Sizes
  • Colors
  • Spelling
  • Names
  • Numbers
  • Dates
  • Placement
  • Design details
  • Other customization information

Crafts By Chels is not responsible for mistakes in information submitted or approved by the customer.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges when an incorrect garment size, color, or customization detail was selected or approved by the customer.

DTF Transfers

Customers are responsible for submitting high-quality, print-ready artwork.

Crafts By Chels is not responsible for poor-quality results caused by:

  • Low-resolution artwork
  • Blurry or pixelated files
  • Incorrect artwork preparation
  • Improper heat-press settings
  • Incorrect temperature, pressure, or pressing time
  • Improper peeling method
  • Incompatible garment material
  • Application errors
  • Failure to follow pressing instructions

Artwork should be submitted at 300 DPI whenever possible, with a transparent background when transparency is required.

We print artwork according to the file submitted or approved by the customer. Crafts By Chels is not responsible for spelling, design, sizing, placement, color, or other errors contained in customer-provided or customer-approved artwork.

Colors may vary slightly between digital screens and finished printed products. Minor color variations are not considered defects.

Artwork & Copyright Authorization

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, characters, designs, or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary ownership, license, authorization, or permission to reproduce that content.

Crafts By Chels reserves the right to refuse any order.

DTF Transfer Application

Customers purchasing DTF transfers for self-application are responsible for properly pressing and applying the transfers.

Crafts By Chels is not responsible for transfers damaged or improperly applied due to incorrect equipment, temperature, pressure, pressing time, garment material, peeling method, or application technique.

Standard Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is typically 24 hours or less, unless otherwise stated.

Turnaround time begins after:

  • The order has been submitted.
  • Payment has been received in full.
  • Required artwork has been submitted.
  • Any necessary design or artwork approval has been completed.

Same-Day Orders

Orders submitted and paid in full by 12:00 PM (noon) may be eligible for same-business-day completion.

Orders submitted after 12:00 PM will generally be completed within our standard 24-hour turnaround time unless another timeframe is stated.

Same-day availability may vary based on order volume, product availability, artwork readiness, and production capacity.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will receive a notification when the order is complete and ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received a Ready for Pickup notification.
